In this instructional video, Nikhil Sai outlines a practical framework for launching any online product or service. He stresses that a successful launch starts with an engaged audience—ideally around 1,000 warm leads—generated through lead magnets, free video series, or live social media content. After building rapport, the creator announces a launch date and delivers a live webinar that walks prospects through the market problem, shortcomings of existing solutions, and the unique benefits of the new offer, ending with a clear call‑to‑action. Sai differentiates organic and paid lead‑generation tactics, recommends a robust tech stack (email automation, CRM, call‑scheduling, payment‑gateway testing) and advises bullet‑proofing the funnel multiple times before going live. Post‑launch, he suggests iterating, automating sales via webinars, and scaling with ads, while emphasizing that a compelling, well‑articulated offer is the ultimate driver of conversions.

How to launch your product and service or any other offer you want to promote online. Hey guys, this is Nikhil Sai. Welcome back to another video. Today I am going to cover how you can launch your offer perfectly. And to be really honest, there is nothing like a perfect launch or any magic sauce which I can give to you so that you can write directly, implement. That's not how it works, right? Because every offer is different, every target audience is different. There is a huge difference between a forex product launch to a dental doctor, right? Like, who wants to serve a different client, right? The audience base is different, so the way to launch is completely different, right? So first of all, when it comes to launch, right, the first important thing is when you want to launch your offer, the first thing is your customer should be waiting. Your customer should be waiting for your offer, right? But the number one thing when you want to remember while you're doing a launch is creating a big audience base. And big doesn't mean you need 100,000, 200,000 people, nothing like that. Even if you have a base of probably 1,000 people, I think that would be a good number where you can judge whether your offer is good, converting well or not, right? So make sure to generate 1,000 leads. And how you are going to generate leads? Maybe create a good lead magnet or a free video series, or, you know, even go Facebook Live, you know, put out some content related to your coming up offer. So nurture leads like build a relationship with them, create a good rapport with them, right? So after you build a good rapport, then you tell them a launch date, like, hey, I'll be doing extra live webinar on this, a session on this, you know, a free video training, a free group coaching call, something like that. And get them on the call. Then you show your slides, you show your offer. Then you open up the actual problem which is happening in the marketplace, the existing solution, and why the existing solution is not effective, how your solution works. Explain them your product and service, and then slowly give them a call to action to purchase your offer or connect with you on a call, right? So this is how you do. And first thing is leads. You need a lot of leads. And how you can generate? You can— there are two different ways: paid, organic. So organic is just like posting good content on your social media and, you know, engage with a lot of people who are into similar niches, right, who are your target audience. And then paid ads, you obviously need a basic funnel a lead generation, a good ebook, or ebooks are super old, but yeah, something like that. You can just add a good lead magnet, maybe a checklist, maybe a good video series, free video series, maybe a free welcome video, a free webinar, something like this can grab their attention. Just get them into the funnel, then you enter there, then you collect the lead, then you nurture them perfectly with a good sequence, with a long good sequence, long valuable sequence, then you slowly introduce them to your masterclass or something like that. Where you actually sell your offer, right? This is how the way, uh, the launch works. And launch has a lot of technical stuff in the backend, like you should be having the email system, you should be having your automation system, you should have your CRM which will treat different people according to their behavior, trigger them differently, right? You should have your call scheduling option. There is a lot of error which will take place in the payment gateway as well. So before you go live, bulletproof your funnel at least 3 3 times and then only go live, right? So after you do the launch successfully, then you repeat, rinse and repeat, rinse and repeat until you make sure the offer is bulletproof. Then you automate through sales directly, through online webinars or something like that, automated, right? So you launch it manually, you see the reference, so you see the data, how the thing is going, then you scale it using ads and automating every other thing, right? So I hope this is making sense. Hope this helped you at least with one point. Which you really need to take care of while you are launching your offer, right? And yeah, like you can create a simple Facebook group, get them into the Facebook group, and then you go live once and then you close. As simple as that, right? So I hope that is making sense. You don't need to complicate the launch, but yeah, it perfectly works if you do it well. The one thing which you should make of is your offer. If your offer is perfect, even if you write on a white paper and show them like this, they will still buy. Right? It's all about the offer, it's all about the value which you're providing. So make sure to have a good offer, it will sell like crazy for sure if you articulate your information perfectly using a high-converting funnel and simple ads which actually converts. Hope this is making sense. Let me know your thoughts of this video below on the comments. I would love to hear any improvements on this video. Yeah, hope this is making sense. Peace out.
