Learn to outsource at the right time. Hey guys, this is Nikhil Sai. I'm back with another video. Today I'm going to explain you when is the right time to outsource. I can say like there are mainly 4 situations where you need to outsource primarily, right? The first situation is when you don't have the expertise or the service, right? Let's say you, you picked up a deal and you're not very sure if you can do it or not, then try to find the expert and then outsource to the expert, right? This is the first way when you need to outsource. And the second thing is Maybe you're having some conflict with your, your own team, or you don't have integrity, or you're packed up with your own projects, right? So this is the time when you need to outsource. Then the third thing is you need to check for the deadlines. If you're being late, if you're over, like, delaying, and if you, if you're being inconsistently changing the dates, then it's time you to— if you didn't even start, then it's time for you to outsource. Then the fourth thing is when you're way over for your time, you're under pressure, you don't know what to do, you're very overwhelmed with all the information, then it's better to outsource to someone else. When you're feeling pressured, like in agencies this happens a lot, so then it's the time to outsource. So really, 4 simple keys: don't try to keep all the check. When you're really unable to fulfill it, try to outsource for the expert, right? So that's the best way to fulfill for the clients. I hope this is making sense, because even if you're under pressure and if you want to do the work, the output won't be good. So it's better to keep a small chunk and outsource to someone else. I hope this makes sense, guys. So this is Nikhil Sai signing off. Peace.
