In this video, we will learn how to actually create a deathbed offer. Offer so good that the only reason your potential client will say no to is if they are on their deathbed. This offer creation has been an intensive and well-known topic after the $100 Million Offers book by Alex Hormozi. I mean, he's almost like a grandmaster for all the marketing advice right now in business, especially the way he's blowing up and giving information away in the past few years. So what the deathbed offer is, is a combination of what Alex has taught in 100 Million Offers. On top of it, a few things which I have learned in my business while after delivering 100 million results to my clients and combining those learnings to a different principle. I will not be able to cover the entire information in this one video, so make sure to subscribe to keep on learning on how to actually get good at marketing, building a business, start trying to get and actually deliver results for your clients and grow your business. Coming back, I will still give a very interesting framework to think about and a very formulated thought process for you to actually make your offer a little bit better. And trust me, offer is the only thing which can make and break your business. If you have a very good offer, you will grow your business, especially if you have a deathbed offer, which is what I will teach you in this video. You will be able to attract more clients, reactivate your existing leads, and get customers from there and continue to get more referrals and actually make it much easier for you to scale your company. So the 100-minute offer looks like this. It's dream outcome multiplied by perceived likelihood of achievement divided by the time delay multiplied by the efforts and sacrifice, which creates the value of the product or the service you're delivering. Now, if your price is 1/10 of the value, that technically becomes a good offering, grand slam offer as Alex Hormozi says. Few more things here for the business owner perspective so that you don't need to sell your soul while you're creating an offer. Because after 100 million offers, I could see people going crazy with their guarantees and, you know, the refund policies and this and that. Shit, there's just no limits to what people are selling. But you want to bound yourself the right way as a business owner so that you don't sell yourself. Because the reality is you won't enjoy selling yourself for a long time. That's just the truth. So creating the deathbed offer always starts with the fundamentals, which is finding your ideal client's pain points. And now you already have a part of this. What you really want to do is use the negative notion when you're actually marketing it instead of the outcomes. So we talk about what they could actually lose, the opportunity cost, in our clients' businesses and our own business, which will get us more attraction and more interest from our ideal audience instead of talking about the outcome. So that is a very interesting way to look at how you could change your marketing angle. It increases the chance of your ideal clients responding to your ad by 33%. So it's a good move. You're more likely to attract the loyal customer base when you're talking about the pain point in a negative notion because it's much easier for them to attach themselves with your offer. Then create a solution which is simplified and satisfied the actual client while not creating operational complexity in your business, which means you don't want to sell custom services, you don't want to sell bespoke services, you want to build something which is productized. So the outcome which you can deliver to the client needs to be reverse engineered into simple steps and then created as SOPs so that deliverable is productized service which you would deliver to as many clients as possible as long as you have systems in place. The reality is a simplified customer experience with great results can actually increase your customer value way ahead, and 47% of your customers will be way happier with a simple solution over a complicated one. Then you think about what you can give to your customers, overdeliver on the value while actually decreasing the expenses on your side. So there is always few things you could actually do for your customers In my company, it was training my clients on sales, on running their Facebook ads, and having playbook to hire virtual assistants, and creating systems and project management processes, and finding the best talent and hiring them and onboarding them. So these are a few things which they are already struggling with, and I could create simple workshops or few-hour training videos and include that into our modules, which will continue to help our clients forever. And these are again one of assets you create which can add immense value for your clients. So all the problems which they will run into after using your original thing, you want to already spot them and find solutions for it and add that into your deliverables so that the objections will no longer be relevant. So you create a roadmap for them to succeed. And that's what everybody expects. They want a roadmap. They want a company which they can ascend on. Think about how Apple sells their iPhone, then their watch, then their MacBook, then everything else they actually sell as an ecosystem, the iPad and whatnot. They just create a very long-term experience for you to continue working with that company while you actually get the value. So you want to think similarly for your business. Now after you do that, you want to create a sense of urgency in your client base. What do I mean by that? I'm not talking about gimmicky promotions which are not true. I'm talking about genuine promotions where you actually have a specific outcome for them and a specific discount if possible and an extra deliverable for them in terms of value or maybe something else which they deeply desire which they couldn't get only if they actually take action right now and definitely a time limit according to it. So the sense of urgency is one of the key things when you're actually making a sale, because if nothing is urgent, nothing happens. So you want to make it urgent for the prospect to make the decisions in your deathbed offer. Because realize this, when you show the opportunity cost and you project that the business is going to lose a lot of business when they don't work with you, it's a sense of urgency. They should be in the alarm mode. If not, they're not your ideal client. So you need to use different CDs in your marketing and education process while you're attracting clients so that they have the right mindset when they're actually on the sales call to make the decision. Another biggest part of the dead product offer is actually having a trustworthy brand. And the reason we talked about Apple as a good case study is they are one of the most valuable brands existed. So that's why when they launch their iPhone 15 Pro Max, which is literally the same phone like last year with the new charging port and a new metal used on it, it still sells because the brand value exists. So the biggest part of the dead product offer is have a brand which is so trustworthy so that they don't doubt your ability to deliver the promise. There are many things you actually do to build a brand, which is be consistent, especially with your client results, create a simple client experience, make sure your clients have a way for you to communicate back and forth, to maintain your billing very clearly, make sure you don't have a bad history, make sure you actually post content regularly, make sure you show up your brand and their values correctly, make sure you have top talent in your company. There are many more things you could actually do to portray your small brand as a quality one. Now, the last but not the least thing is to do actually continue to test offers and refine it. So always remove something which is operationally complex, which doesn't change the outcome the client gets while simplifying your operations, or add something which increases the client success. So you want to keep doing that and get your customers' feedback again to make your product and service better. This is an evergreen thing. Your offer never stops evolving, just like how your business never stops running. So if you just create an offer 7 months ago and it didn't evolve, that means you're losing a lot of clients because market changes so quickly with AI popping up, with different competition crushing the pricing structures and different services. You want to be evolving with your product. Doesn't mean you want to create a different product or offer around your offer. I'm just saying make it more efficient for you and your client. So I think about this mental model framework, which definitely helps my clients to create the best deathbed offer for their company. You really want to think about that client result you want to help them achieve, the desired output, and add it with all the things which I mentioned in this video, the brand, the simplicity, and the ability to actually get results and all of that stuff. Now think about what is the least you can do to get the same result while not creating operational efficiency, and that you want to create that as a standard operating procedure. Now you will actually fine-tune your operations to a level where you don't get burnt out while you're delivering the service. Because one of the common mistakes I'm seeing other people sell the grand slam offers with is they follow Alex. Now, Alex, if you see, has hosted an event where he spent $1 million and he sold a book because he already spent millions on his brand and last 2 years he sold nothing. He actually created an amazing deathbed offer to actually sell his new book, The 100 Million Leads, and it was an absolute banger. It worked out. But if you do the same, if you're launching a book and you exactly follow what Alex did and you launch it, trickets, you will lose $1 million setting in because your brand doesn't exist. So you don't want to exactly model because he has the financial capability to take that risk. In your company, you don't want to be selling your soul. I see these beginner mistakes of people creating crazy guarantees and crazy offers, lame claims where you will go out of your business in no time if you actually be doing that. So take calculated risk. Again, what is the desired output? What is the least you could do to actually get that in a guaranteed manner and try to merge that so that you don't get operational complexity, you deliver the best price from your side, and you have a healthy profit margin while you build it. Why not compromising on the brand value on a longer term? Because you don't want to be just selling shovels for long enough time when everybody knows that the gold doesn't exist. I hope this video gives you much better context on going about your offer improvement. So first of all, stop this video right now and comment down one thing you actually will do today to improve your brand value or make your offer a little bit better than your existing offer. Once again, I hope this video helps. I will continue to make more content similar to this in terms of offer creation, marketing, client acquisition strategy, project management, fulfillment, client success, and whatnot. Because I have delivered over $500 million in results at the age of 31 for my clients. I was recognized as the world's youngest $100 million award winner on the stage with Russell Brunson, and I have my own 2 Comma Club where I made $1 million in just 2 years of starting my own business, starting as an engineering dropout. So I hope that gives you context and value. Make sure to subscribe to not miss another video just like this where I drop absolute value for you. And comment down if you have any questions about the deathbed offer and the concept of it. And I would love to listen to your offers and give personal feedback then and there. So do that right now.
