What Is Offer Validation? | How to validate your offer | Digital Marketing | Business Offer |

Nikhil Sai walks through offer validation: start with one-on-one coaching to test demand and gather testimonials, move to group coaching to build proof, then create a digital course only after the offer is proven. Skip this and you'll price a product nobody wants.

What is offer validation and how do you qualify your offer whether the market has a demand of your offer or not? Let's get started. Hey guys, this is Nikhil Sai. Welcome back to another video. Today, today we are going to especially discuss about offer validation. How do you validate your offer? How do you know whether there is a demand of your offer or not? How do you know if they're interested in your group coaching or maybe your mastermind or maybe your course? Let's get started. The one mistake people make when they're creating their offers, they directly go and shoot the videos, they create the content, they directly publish, and then they brag that there are no sales coming in. The simple reason is you didn't test the market. You don't know if there is a demand or not, right? When there is no demand and when you're filling the pipeline with this, with your supply, that doesn't make sense. No one will be interested in your product and service, right? So whenever you're creating an offer, you need to vet it. You need to check whether the market has this interest, whether the market has this small demand for your product, whether you have a small place where you can go and fit in and take your piece of pie. So let me explain how does this work. Before you go and directly create your ebook, or before you go and directly create your product or launch your online course, I want you to follow these 3 simple steps. The first step is go and start one-on-one coaching. Provide lots of value for free, publish your content on a large scale, then check if someone is engaging, if someone is appreciating, right? Build your small target audience and then try to do a single webinar or invite them to a free masterclass and then show your offer like, hey, I'm offering this XYZ thing, I'm teaching you all the stuff one-on-one personally, hand-holding with you, and then check whether a small percentage of people are interested. Maybe I would recommend at least do 10 one-on-one coachings in person So you can understand the actual requirement when you're talking to one-on-one prospects. You will understand what, what is the market demand, right? So after you successfully complete 10 one-on-one coachings, probably if you, if you are really having a good offer, if you are being result-oriented, then you get some testimonials, some credibility to show, right? So then use this credibility, the 10 video testimonials, or maybe the 10 like student case studies, whatever you have, then start trying to do it as a group coaching. Like gather 20-30 people, then say it like, hey, I'm having this date, these are the XYZ dates, I'm going to give you group coaching, and then let them get in, right? Like it's a kind of launch. You started, get some people, you close the pipeline, then you teach them, then you again restart it again. This is the trend which is happening right now in 2020. Everyone is doing group coaching right now. And then what you get is you already have social proof. Now you're building your bigger number of audience, so you're building a brand here, you're building authority by doing group coaching. And group coachings are much effective than a digital course. And when you see, when you do number of group coachings, you'll get more idea about what is the requirement in the market, like what people are being, uh, what different questions people are asking. Then you check and then you answer all these questions. And when you become a master of group coaching, then you saw that there is a demand of your offer. You saw that a certain percentage of the people inside the market are willing to pay for your service, for your offer, for your for your— what are the services you're providing. And then you can pick up that complete offer, then you create a course, right? You saw that demand, you validated it, you had successful case studies, results, and group coaching, one-on-one coaching, amazing testimonials and case studies. Then you go and create your digital product, right? So in the meantime, in the process, while you're selling your stuff in a group coaching, while you're closing your people on one-on-one, you record all those versions and check which one did perform the best, which one gave you the best outcome. Let's say you're doing webinar to sell group coaching, then pick up the best closing rate of your webinar and then create it as an automated webinar. Then you sell your digital access for a cheaper price. Maybe it could be like $997 or maybe like $497, whatever the offer you're putting out, right? Create a value stack, create an irresistible offer, then show it as a digital access, use the best webinar you did, and then just close it, right? As simple as that. So don't just go and shoot all the content and then just price it at $997 and don't try to push people to the webinar. People are not going to buy because you never tested it out. You never know if the market has the demand or not. So go try one-on-one, get some results, try group coaching, understand the requirement, then shoot the digital access, create the course, and then automate the webinar. Very simple. So this is a simple digital product offer vetting, like how you evaluate your digital product offers, right? It comes down to the similar thing for the service, right? The process is almost the same. You know the wheel right now, just go and spin it. Don't reinvent the wheel. Okay, so this is how the stuff works when it comes to offer validation. So whenever you have an idea to create something, don't just go and create. Check, check with one-on-one, check with the group coaching, see the responses. Market always gives you signal what is in the requirement, then fulfill the requirement. That's how you make money. I hope this made sense, guys. So this is how offer validation works.
