If you are someone who wants to build your funnel but not sure what you should include inside your funnel, this video is for you. Hey guys, this is Nikhil Sai. Welcome back to another video. Today let me explain what is the actual psychology behind the sales funnel. Whatever the niche you are in, whatever the service you are selling, the software, the product, whatever it is, these are the 3 principal sections which you should consider to add inside your funnel. I mainly categorize a sales funnel or maybe any funnel into 3 different steps. Emotional, logical, testimonial. So the— like, I want you to understand, 9— like, 90% of the sales are made by emotional thinking. So I want you to arouse their emotions in such a way so that you give them a call to action to take, to take a specific action. Maybe if it's putting in their credit card details, maybe if it's entering their name and email address, whatever it is. So the first section of a funnel should be covering 70% of emotions, right? So you, you persuade them emotionally why they need your product and service. So badly what they are missing if they are not trying your product and service, right? So you should focus on 70% on the emotions. Like, I'm a very hard buyer. I'm not a person who takes decisions by, by just emotions. So I'm a logical guy. For, for someone like me, if you want to persuade me, you should definitely have logics in place. So I would recommend you having 20% logics, which is like, hey, this is the thing which we are offering, this is what, what's happening in the marketplace. Then you show the difference. You logically show Why your product and service is the best? Why I should take action with you, right? Like, I'm always a buyer only with logic. Like, I check is this really worth or not, and you can only persuade them, you can only show them if it's worth or not by showing the actual logics, right? So you should have 20% logics. And I'm also a person who always checks testimonial. Not, not every buyer will be like me, but considering I'm a hard buyer, you can consider to sell me. If you can sell me, you can sell anyone else. Right, because I'm a hard buyer. So the 10% of the funnel should be having testimonials. Like, I don't want to be the first guy to try out anything until or unless it's like Tesla car or maybe Apple iPhone, something like that, right? So you should give them a secured feeling like this is not a brand new one which no one ever tried. You should give them a secured feeling that already people use this product and service and they had amazing results. In this case, you should have testimonials in place at least 10% of the of the funnel, you should be focusing on other people's results. What happened to the people who already opted into XYZ program so that they'll be convinced so that they can also take action with you. Maybe you're putting in the credit card details, right? So to have someone to take a specific action, focus on these 3 key things. First of all, 70% focus on the emotion in the copy part, in the graphics part, in the design element. Focus on 70% to arouse their emotions. Then have a 20% regarding the logics— what you should really— why they should really opt in. They give them the logic, give them the reason, show them the actual marketplace, what's happening, What you are doing differently, right? Show why you are different. So why they should work with you. And in the end, show what happened to the people who already worked with you. So this is the flow which is so important in any funnel to persuade your potential prospect to take specific action. I hope this made sense, guys.
