In this instructional video, Nikhil Sai explains that the single most common reason sales funnels underperform is the absence of a clearly articulated customer journey. He argues that even well‑designed graphics, copy, and structure will not convert if prospects cannot see a logical, emotionally resonant path from their current problem to the promised transformation. Sai emphasizes the need to showcase the customer’s situation, the desired end‑state, and how the product or service bridges that gap, using compelling hooks, stories, and emotional triggers. He warns against over‑complicating funnels with multiple redirects or calls‑to‑action, insisting that a funnel should have one clear goal and a single CTA. He also notes that the offer’s relevance, the quality of the story, and the hook’s ability to grab attention are essential complements to a well‑mapped journey. The video concludes with a guarantee that a funnel built around a solid customer journey, emotional storytelling, and a single CTA will be “bullet‑proof.”

The number one reason why funnels fail. Are you a business owner? Are you an affiliate marketer who has a funnel in place which is not converting? This video is for you. Hey guys, this is Nikhil Sai. Welcome to another video regarding funnels today. So the number one reason why funnels fail is lack of customer journey. Everyone can design beautiful graphics, everyone can have a good structure, everyone can have a good copy in place, But until or unless you articulate the customer journey perfectly inside your funnel, no one is gonna purchase, no one is gonna enter their name and email address, right? This is so important while you're designing your funnels. Sit down, understand your customer, what they wanna see, show them, how they wanna warm up, give that journey, show the customer journey, show the transformation, show how you can potentially help them to reach their end goal easily with your help. In a quick time, because people don't wanna be like being in pain. People don't wanna like waste money on the worst things they never wanna try, right? So one thing you should focus on, show how qualified you are, show how important your product or service is in their life, show where are they in their situation, what transformation will happen if they do transaction with you, maybe for your product, maybe for your service, it doesn't really matter. Show the transformation, show the transformation, how they can get benefited by purchasing your product and service. If you articulate the customer journey by using different FF&E bridges and stories, your funnel will definitely convert, right? People lack a lot of stories like why people buy. People are emotional buyers. 80% of the purchases done in the industry online are done by emotional thinking, never logical. right? So while you're trying to sell your product and service, even your copy, even your graphics, even your design, it should be emotionally persuading them to take a specific action, right? So this is the number one reason why funnels fail— lack of customer journey on any funnel which you're building. And there's a small other thing which I want to put on this table because people, like, forget the basic structure of a funnel. People still are being unconscious of what they are doing inside the funnel. They are still confusing the customer even inside a funnel, which is not really good. I've seen people who are having good content, but they're redirecting through 2 or 3 different places. They're again asking them to subscribe to their YouTube channel or follow them on Facebook, Instagram. It doesn't really matter. Why do you need that? You're again forgetting the basic thing of a funnel. Funnel will only have one end goal. Don't confuse them. If you articulate your customer journey perfectly inside your funnel, and if you give them only one call to action, there is no other way the funnel will convert. This is my guarantee, right? And also, typically it also depends on your offer. It also depends on the stories which you are using and the hooks which are grabbing their attention, right? If you have every other thing, and if something is missing, this is articulating The perfect customer journey inside your funnel. Make sure to have that in. I hope this is making sense. So always have your customer journey inside your funnel with a good hook, good story, so that it will be a bulletproof funnel. I hope this made sense.
