Chronic inflammation can sometimes start brewing on its own outside of something like an injury or something along those lines because of the things that you're exposing it to on a day-to-day basis, like your food, being sedentary, your air pollution, other things that you may be exposed to on a regular basis that your body views as a threat that's creating more of this inflammatory cascade. So it's not always that it goes from acute to chronic. Sometimes it may just always be chronic because it's these things that the body perceives to be a threat that it is responding to. And then over time, it just continues to brew and brew that then manifests in a number of different symptoms. The best way to know this is by tracking symptoms, because there's more than 100 symptoms that can be tied to inflammation, in addition to tracking your labs.
