Fertility is a team sport and both the male and female partner have to prepare their bodies. And that's why we're so passionate about talking about trimester zero. And we're so excited to dig in more about what that means. And if we try to zero in on the one thing that we're doing, I would bucket it under the concept of stress, but really there's so much that's happening in our environment and lifestyle and diet that's impacting fertility. But stress can be an overarching concept because when we look at fertility disruptors, we're looking at our toxic environment, which is obviously a stressor on the body. We're looking at sleep and stress, which we know that we're all experiencing on a regular basis. We're looking at nutrient depletion and diet. So if we are to zero in on one thing, it's stress. But really it's a combination of many things that's causing the epidemic of infertility that we're looking at today.
