Food is a superpower. Food is information. It communicates to every single cell of your body on how to function, how to optimize, or ultimately how to lead to inflammation and make us sick. Food is really, really important, but I think that we've really missed the mark in talking about what integrative healthcare actually is. Practitioners have talked about it for years. There's programs and schools, but we're not actually practicing it, right? So my greatest hope is that people just understand, eat like you love yourself. That is the most important thing. And that doesn't mean the cookies and the crackers and the cakes and all of those things. That's food addiction. When you eat like you love yourself, you're eating because you know how those specific foods make you feel. And I'm sure that that's not Skittles and cake and wine and all those things, right?
