You know, the other mantra that I love is progress over perfection. Before, it was either I was on a diet or I'm off a diet. I can have ice cream, I cannot have ice cream. I'm, you know, off this plan, so let's get the pizza, let's get all of the things that I love to— let's get the hamburger, the fries, all of that. Now that all-or-nothing mindset isn't even present. By having the balanced blood sugar, by having these different habits in place, it takes away that food noise because I know what I'm going to have in my next meal. I what I'm going to have down the road because I have planned it out through the Being Collective every single week. So it takes away the, that decision fatigue of what am I going to eat.
