Hello everyone, I am going to share all about the Being Collective and the next steps to join us after the blood sugar reset. Let me share my screen. Okay, it looks like I can't figure out how to do it with just a specific portion of my screen, so let me try to share it here. Okay, here we go. So my goal is to walk you through the Being Collective and what you can expect as next steps, since you know by now that most women 35 and up that we work with are on the blood sugar roller coaster and they don't even realize it. And what this can lead to is a number of downstream effects from these glucose spikes, glucose spikes that are happening throughout the day. They can impact your mitochondria, which are the powerhouse of your cells. They can increase inflammation and increase hormonal imbalances, impact your, your organs negatively, which can lead to a variety of symptoms like cravings, fatigue, poor sleep, mood imbalances, and then it also increases your risk of every single chronic disease from type 2 diabetes to Alzheimer's disease to cancer. And it increases your risk of accelerated aging. So what I want to highlight here is that you don't need more information or another supplement if you feel stuck with your health, if you feel stuck by having a variety of symptoms, feeling inflamed, feeling fatigued, having a lot of cravings, feeling like you have a lot of bloating and joint pain, you don't need more information and you don't need another random supplement. What you need is an efficient science-backed system that not only combines the information but makes it realistic for you to execute in your day-to-day life. And that's really what we are here to do, is to create an efficient, enjoyable, science-backed system that supports women's health, that's designed specifically for women who want to get healthier and stronger and more energized and confident with age, and to do it in a way that's focused on long-term health versus a number of quick-fix, all-or-nothing nutrition approaches. Jen said, I have tried every diet under the sun. This is literally the only plan that I want to keep doing. Everything about it makes me feel good and want to, to fuel my body well, which is why I want to invite you to join the Being Collective, my membership program where we do exactly this. We create those science-backed systems that allow for you to decrease the misinformation and not knowing who to trust, that make you more confident in yourself, that creates the repeatable, consistent systems in your life that not only save you hours every week, save you money on food waste and eating out, but also help you achieve your health goals. The Being Collective is built around implementation, science-backed nutrition, consistency, and community for women who want to get stronger and more energized with age, and women who want to build habits and mindsets that last long term. This is a huge shift compared to what traditional diets teach us, and this is a health framework that's tested by more than 29,000 people. So not only is it very science based, very based on the latest science. We have over a 50-page internal document listing out the research studies that we have created our nutrition programs and recipes and meal plans around. But it's also been tested by 29,000 people in real life. So the focus of the Being Collective is to, one, change your long-term physiology, to make it simple and delicious, and three, optimize your long-term habits and your mindset, knowing that mindset plays an enormous role in being able to achieve success. Our goal is to take you from modern-day nutrition culture that's focused on short-term quick fixes to a long-term sustainable approach to continuing to build your health in your 40s, 50s, and beyond, knowing that what you do in your 40s, 50s, and 60s impacts your health in your 70s, 80s, and 90s. We want to take you from a place of reverting back to old habits to continuing to build on your momentum, continuing to focus on the next right thing for you to do to move the needle instead of continually feeling like you need to work harder. We want to take you from a place of excessively restricting calories to focusing number one on quality over quantity, and from a quick weight loss approach to a very sustainable approach that's focused more on body composition, meaning building muscle and bone, since we know that these are predictors of longevity. Focusing on what not to eat to focusing on what to add to help to decrease inflammation and going from a place of trends changing every day and not knowing who to trust to being built on scientific evidence and outcomes that we have helped thousands of women achieve. And one that leads to burnout to one that actually prevents burnout because of the way that we fuel ourselves to support our nervous system function that actually creates a higher level of resilience to burnout. So in the Being Collective, our nutrition plans that we release every single week are focused on high protein, high fiber, high phytonutrient variety, greater than 30 plants per week, because we know that this is what the science suggests for improving inflammation, for improving blood sugar control, and also improving your gut microbiome and your hormones. Every day you'll get your nutrition plan. Every week you'll get your nutrition plan. And when you look at each of the days, you'll be able to see the actual nutrition fact summary that tells you the amount of fat and the amount of carbohydrates and the amount of fiber and protein. And then you can make modifications to each meal plan based on your own individual needs. Again, our focus is high protein, high fiber, high phytonutrients when it comes to all of our smoothies. So you can see a diverse number of smoothies from the kiwi strawberry smoothie to the berry cobbler smoothie to the strawberry basil smoothie and the avocado cream smoothie. To our high protein, high fiber, high phytonutrient entrees. We develop thousands of recipes, it seems like, but we've actually developed 800+ recipes that are in the Bean Collective and we release 10 new recipes every month. So there are a variety of smoothies and beautiful, delicious entrees like the, the one pot chicken and bean medley. And then these are our freezer-friendly quesadillas, the shrimp Dijon detox salad, and a number of different entrees that are developed to help you meet these goals and feed your family. And then we also have breakfasts that are in the same category of breakfast burritos, breakfast berry crumble. We have these egg biscuits over here, and this is a cherry cheesecake bowl. All of these designed to be flavorful, colorful and just super delicious and kind of like a twist on your favorite comfort foods or high glycemic foods that are blood sugar balanced, anti-inflammatory, and supportive of your health goals. This is not AI-generated meal plans. There is so much more that's factored in than what AI can account for in the meal plans that we're building every single week to truly create not only efficiency in your life, but incredible outcomes so that you're not continuing to spin your wheels and wonder why you're not having the success. And the great thing is, is that you can start as a beginner. You don't have to be advanced in order to follow the roadmap. It doesn't matter what place you're starting at. If you know very little, it's perfect because we can walk you through so many frameworks and the systems and the coaching and the mindset shifts. You just have to follow the, the instructions. And we also work with a lot of people who have gone to many different functional medicine doctors that that have a high level of awareness but need the systems to be consistent to succeed. Maria is just one example of that, who reversed her osteoporosis and improved her metabolic health, taking LDL cholesterol from 152 to 100, her HDL— or sorry, her total cholesterol from 250 to 178, her triglycerides from a 79 to a 51 through the dietary changes that she made. Deborah said, for those that aren't members of TBC, I highly recommend taking advantage of this. I have been a member for a little over a year and it is game changer. Many of you were asking for the tools to do this long term. This is it. I have had to do BSR in a modified way. The community, the recipes, and coaching are second to none. And I was asked— I was not asked to write this, just reflecting on how much these programs have helped me since I joined. So our goal is to continue making it simple and also delicious, creating your meal plan every week. We release a new meal plan every single week in the Being Collective alongside the shopping list that you can modify and then update. So any changes to your recipes, update in the shopping list that you can take with you to the grocery store. You can serve meals that you and your family love. We have many examples of women who are cooking for everyone in their family and their families are getting on board with these kinds of meals. And our goal is also to continue to uplevel your habits and your mindset. My goal from day one has been to create a community of like-minded women who are working towards health optimization and super motivated to be able to come together in an online community and learn from each other and learn from experts so that we continue to grow and optimize where we're at today. Heidi is just one example where she has brought her cholesterol down from 283 to 193, her hemoglobin A1c from a 9 to a 5.2. So she's completely reversed her diabetes and 164 pounds to 130 pounds. 24 pounds, losing— what is that, 40 pounds? And so they need to work on her LDL cholesterol. But incredible transformations that can happen from nutrition and lifestyle alone when you get really dialed in and consistent. This is not about being perfect. This is about learning how to be consistent, which is actually much harder for people to learn how to do long term compared to just having that perfectionist mindset for as long as physically possible until you completely burn out. This is another example of someone from our community, Kristen, who went from her cholesterol of 233 to 182, triglycerides from an 80 to, to a 59, and her LDL cholesterol from 154 to 117 after following the Being Collective. Our goal is to help you with the planning. So doing your planning for you to save you 2 to 3 hours each week. I'd love for you to continue with us in The Being Collective where you can incorporate these weekly meal plans. You can have access to 800+ anti-inflammatory recipes, Brigid AI, and so much more that we have to offer. Brigid AI is one of the key features that we're implementing in the next 2 weeks in The Being Collective, which is an AI-generated and trained bot that has been trained on our frameworks and methodologies, methodologies. All of the coaching calls that we've had in The Being Collective over last few years, all of our guides, all of our transcripts from the modules and courses that we've created, every blood sugar reset training that we've done, all 10 rounds. I'm looking at all of my podcast transcripts, so much that's included into then being able to support you with having me in your pocket, essentially, of being able to answer any of your questions. And then we have meal plans released every single week for blood sugar and inflammation that are super delicious, colorful, and will make it feel exciting for you to eat in this way long term so that you never feel like you have to diet again. Customizable weekly grocery lists where you have the meal plan that then auto-generates your shopping list based on all the changes that you make to your meal plan, your weekly meal prep list. So we have the meal prep list of the items that you want to prioritize meal prepping. That takes about 2 hours on the weekend to set you up for success going into the week. And Laura says the structure is so, so helpful. It has reduced my stress for sure, even with a busy Even with a super busy out-and-about week this week. And Misty said the structure is the best. I would not be able to figure out easily a plan on my own. I also want to highlight this quote from Gary Vee, who said, it's very, very hard to get good at swimming without swimming. It's very hard to get good at cooking by watching unlimited content about books and reading cookbooks. You must cook. We have to go to the field and do in order to continue to get good and optimize. And that is exactly what this is. It's the structure and the support that helps you show up in the kitchen every single week so that this becomes a part of who you are. It becomes so easy and effortless to the point that you have been dreaming about being able to be consistent for so long and you're finally able to achieve it by continuing to be able to show up for yourself over and over again every single week. We also have weekly group coaching calls for accountability and the support that are led by my team of nutritionists and myself. I lead monthly Q&As, and then my team of nutritionists do a ton of trainings throughout the entire month. And we have a community of women who are focused on optimizing their health that you will continue to be a part of to get the inspiration, the accountability, and the supports that you really need. This is your chance to build long-term habits that help you feel strong, healthy, and consistent, and build on your momentum rather than reverting back to old habits after these 7 days. We have had a number of people go through many rounds of the Blood Sugar Reset before they decide to sign up for the Being Collective, and I hate reading from people that they try to do it on their own and then reverted back to their old habits. So don't let that be you. Let us help you build on this momentum so that you're not reverting back to your old habits a few weeks from now. Carolyn said, bigger win, my 6-year-old has told me in many different ways how happy he is to have mommy full of energy. I feel stronger and more positive about life, and I'm a better mom after the last few months with TBC programs. Joanne said, I highly recommend the Being Collective. I have gotten off of all of my medications, blood pressure, cholesterol, and metformin, and have lost weight. If you're on the fence, I would say go for it. It has been one of the best things I have done for myself. And Liddy, who said, I have lost 16.8 pounds since January 13th that I started eating TBC's plan. I have cut inflammation in half, glucose in half, this stuff works. Our normal, our normal price for the Being Collective is $1,377 for the entire year. If you were to pay on a monthly basis, in addition to that, everyone starts with the Kickstarter, which is $297. This is a 4-week on-ramp course and roadmap with meal plans that help you stay very accountable for the first 4 weeks of your membership. And today we're offering the Being Collective annual membership for just $597, plus giving you the free Kickstarter. So you'll get the free 4-week on-ramp with the course and meal plans in that program itself that we typically sell for $297. And then you'll get that discount on the monthly membership as an annual member, saving you 45%. This is a 45% off discount that you can redeem at beingbrigid.com/kickstarter. TBC annual for the rest of this weekend. So we're super excited to offer this. Our biggest discount we've ever offered. And I think that it will help you increase your consistency, prevent you from going back to those old habits, and really stepping into the woman that you're hoping to become. As the bonus, you get the 4-week TBC Kickstarter. And so that includes our 4-week signature curriculum, which is the course that you'll have access to. That's a 30-minute module every week. Starting at the time that you sign up. Step-by-step nutrition education. So we have a number of different guides that accompany these modules to help you really understand the systems and get you on track to have so much success over this next year. And 2 personal nutrition check-ins from our team of nutrition experts that are board certified in integrative and functional nutrition that are email check-ins. So I'd love to welcome you to the Being Collective. This is how you take a long-term approach to improving your health and confidence. I know a long-term approach is not sexy. It's much sexier to sell you a green powder or a colostrum or other quick-fix supplements that promise you short-term results. But what I want to do is I want to change your entire approach long-term. I want women who are in this for the long haul, who want to change their health and change their family's health, then you can go to beingbrigid.com/tbcannual in order to sign up. If you sign up today, you will get 45% off of that annual membership. And I also want you to think about what would it cost you. One, what would it cost you to continue to stay stuck where you are? In the last year and a half, I've lost 40 pounds postpartum and have improved my energy and my sleep and feel so much better and have used TBC as my lifeline to be able to do Do that without counting calories, without spending hours at the gym every week, without doing anything extreme. And I want you to think about what would it cost you to stay stuck? Because if I stayed stuck in that version of myself that I was 2 years ago, I know that the last few years would have been much harder. And then I separately want to ask you, what would it cost you to DIY this? Think about all the costs that are constantly coming at you for, for other solutions to improve how you feel. Random food sensitivity testing for $350. Random supplements for at least $50 a month, meal plans and recipe subscriptions, $30 a month that aren't even science-based and really focused on optimizing women's health, functional wellness courses that are $299 plus, and community support. This easily adds up to more than $1,000 just to get started when you continue to DIY this. But we're offering this entire plan for the next year for just $597. For this 48-hour window, which you can go to beingbrigid.com/tbcannual in order to redeem. If you have questions, you can email us at support@beingbrigid.com, and we are happy to answer any of the questions that are coming up for you, any reasons that you feel like you want to talk through whether this is the right fit for you. We are happy to troubleshoot them at support@beingbrigid.com. And again, if you know that this is the right next step for you, if you want to reclaim your health and stop feeling stuck and stop feeling inflamed and not getting the answers that you need, then go to beingbrigid.com/tbcannual. Okay, I think I'm still on YouTube somewhere. Here's the live. Okay, thank you guys for joining. Let us know if you have any questions. You can comment here and you can also email us at support@beingbrigid.com. But we're so excited to welcome so many new members this weekend, and I will see you soon.
