We're shooting recipes this week. I'm going to take you behind the scenes. This was a full day shoot for the Blood Sugar Reset. It started with makeup, and I did my own hair. Ronit made me a morning smoothie because she's such a good friend, and then I joined my team of powerhouse moms who got such vibrant produce from the farmer's market. They started setting up the equipment. We pulled the props, the bowls, the plates, and all the props that I've bought for our recipes, and then our nutrient-dense ingredients. We started shooting every recipe, and you guys, there is so much detail that goes into every single shot. Of course, hours of work goes in before this to create the nutrient-dense anti-inflammatory recipes and then develop a meal plan that's delicious, saves you time, and is the most effective.
And that would be perfect.
Okay, that's better. We shot the burger salad, the chili lime salmon, and the lasagna eggplant, and a few others. Since this is our 10th round, we're doing fan favorite recipes from the last 9 rounds. Last shot of the day. I'm literally dying, so tired. It was our third day shooting that week, so I was drinking lots of matcha and water with creatine and electrolytes and took a 15-minute nap. Then we wanted to show off the Blood Sugar Reset meal planner. I pinch myself every day that I get to support each of you amazing women and hold space for a powerful community in my programs, and to create with such an incredible team of moms who are raising teenagers while also so creative. I definitely need to work on my posture here, but tell me in the comments if you're joining us.
