You need to have a nutrition plan that not only helps you lose weight, but it actually factors in all of your holistic needs, meaning improving your cardiovascular health, improving your hormone health, improving your gut microbiome so that you have more regular bowel movements, improving the inflammation so that if you have hives or rosacea or acne or other external signs of inflammation on the skin or joint pain or period pain or sleep issues, all of these things should be moving in the right direction when you're on a nutrition plan that is factoring in all of your needs.
