It's important to people to have these bright white teeth. I first just encourage you to have realistic expectations. I unfortunately think so many of us look to celebrities for our standards, and I want everyone to remember that many of them have veneers and many of them are filtered. A lot of the bright white teeth that you're seeing are not real, and it's just not a natural tooth color. Teeth do have a little bit of a yellow hue to them. Now, I understand that this isn't the aesthetic that we're at right now in our society, and I want everyone to feel confident and happy. The concern with most bleaching is that it's just very abrasive, it's very caustic, and we're overdoing it and cause tooth sensitivity. It will disrupt the microbiome, and if you overdo it, you can cause nerve damage.
