All the other systems at that time really focused on deficiencies. What I liked about cleantelligent was it gave us the ability to record everything we did right as well. And with that, we could then pinpoint to employees, you have done a good job, a great job. Here's what you need to improve on. Everything we do that increases their ability to be employed successfully is of tremendous help. Our quality of control has improved because we can target areas of concern. We're able to look at real time information that gives us real time answers that enables us to perform better, to train better, and to be more transparent to the customer. We do millions of inspection points over 14 contracts in a year. That type of robust information means that. So we can say with certainty across the contracts what our biggest issues are and what our biggest strengths are and we can look at that from a consistent standpoint. I would recommend cleantelligent to other agencies. Cleantelligent was definitely the right decision because it gave us what we needed to perform better.
