BSA's operations manager shows how Otuvy's inspection app impresses clients on first visits. Walking managers through every sub-location and item on an iPad, then customizing based on their feedback, sets it apart from pen-and-paper inspections and wins contract renewals.

A lot of times when I first come to an account and we know that we are going to be running OTUVI there recently we just started doing this at a lot of accounts in the city of Chicago over the past few weeks. What I'll do is I'll obviously explain to them how we're going to use this app. Show them the app, show them using my phone or iPad I use to conduct the inspections. And from there my first visit is I'll usually walk with the manager throughout the entire property, show them every sub location we have seen in our clean OTUV app, show him everything that is in that aspect of the sub location, ensuring that all areas in that sub location are correct, walking him through or her essentially everything we have within our O2V inspection and then from there they're able to see absolutely every aspect that we have within the app. And then obviously we'll take word from them or we'll take recommendations if they want to add something, remove something. So essentially when we walk in, we like to keep that personable to the manager of the building, making it seem like everything that they have in mind is included into that app. I would say O2V has became key and obviously grabbing new accounts, getting new contracts and things like that. But I would say the utmost important importance of it would be retaining accounts, keeping accounts, using something as special as this is not something that a lot of managers have seen. A few of the managers I've talked to recently have never heard of any sort of quality like this. They've never heard of an app or an inspection format that this takes place in. As Jeremy previously mentioned, pen and paper in different apps now, just for pictures and whatnot. But a lot of people are incredibly impressed and very happy once they see inspections come in from the OTUVI reports.
