What Etuvi enables me to do is run through 100 reports a day in maybe 10 minutes, 15 minutes, and see what's going on in each of whether it be inspections, site visits, car plans, proof of service, different things that we use. O2V4. Hello, my name is Rob Metzger. I'm the Vice President of Operations for Controlled Contamination Services. One of the things that O2B does is it takes some of the complex tasks and things that I need to focus on or be aware of at the job level, and it condenses them into easy to read and quick to read reports that I can glance at and make decisions based upon. The feedback that we're getting, whether it be an inspection or site visit, are people put those in at the job site level. And the report that I get on each of those is something I can quickly glance at and know are we executing or are we not? Is this something that I need to take action on? Therefore, I'm able to do, and I'm able to do that very quickly. It doesn't take much time. I don't need to gather and look at a lot of data. It's simply an email that I can look at and I generally can go through 30 to 50 of these in approximately five minutes. So it makes it a lot easier for me to see what's going on with the business and also to make decisions if needed, actionable decisions if needed. As I mentioned earlier, with the site visit, our employers are able to log that a job was done, that the SOW has been met, and that the job has been completed. But also within the site visit, they're able to log if there was a problem, such as a wet carpeted area, they would log that in there. We can give real time and actual direction at that moment to address that issue, maybe even before the customer is aware of that there was a wet carpeted area, and then we can report to them later. Hey, we noticed this, we took action, we addressed it real time, immediately, and it did happen, but it's been addressed and carpet is good. As I spoke of earlier, the reporting for ETUVI is for me, in my role, I cover the Western United States. So for me, I need to quickly glance at all of the reporting and be able to make actionable decisions, decisions based on that. What Atuvi enables me to do is run through 100 reports a day in maybe 10 minutes, 15 minutes, and see what's going on in each of whether it be inspections, site visits, car plans, different things, proof of service, different things that we use a 2v4. I can see all of those and quickly pick out if there was an issue or if there's something actionable or something I need to follow up on with folks that work for me. And that's how it's made it so much more efficient. If I had to gather that data and make phone calls and send emails, Something that takes 10 minutes might take four hours or eight hours. It's really made my job easier and allows me to do a better job, take better care of our customers from my level, and to help my team do the same.
