Hey everyone, it is National Cleaning Week. I'm Kaitan Hutchins with Clean Intelligence Software and today I want to highlight all the frontline cleaners. They have spent this last year, over a year now fighting this coronavirus pandemic and doing everything that they can and that have been asked of them to become better, to level up, to deliver more. And something that we've noticed here at Clean Intelligence that they've done that with is inspections. Now, inspections is just a piece of a actual quality control program that you can implement at your facility or business. But something over the last year that I want to highlight and to share my appreciation for during this National Cleaning Week is those who have taken a proactive approach versus the reactive common in this industry. It's very reactive. Once a client or someone brings up an issue, then you go address it. And something that has been amazing to see is over this last year of how many people have finally begun to switch that mindset, go to a proactive approach using quality control inspections to find out the problem areas in a facility, to help them retain their customers, retain their visitors, and know that for a surety that the facility they are intending is a clean, safe environment. And that has never been more applicable than the time we live in now. So thank you for all of your guys hard work and congratulations on all the successes over this last year.
