Before we get started, let's talk about some observations of us being a software provider in this space for almost the last two decades. There's a lot of pain points that organizations face in this industry. And so here are some of the ones that we've kind of come up with and we've given it to our common industry pain point acronym, CLEAN T. So in our presentation today, we will explain how our solution has eliminated these pain points for others and how we can help you and your organization do the same. And as we go through, we hope that in today's presentation you'll commit to doing at least one of two things. And this particular question of why a quality control program? If you have built out a quality control program for your organization, we hope you are inspired to level it up. The second thing is, if you don't have a quality control program, make the decision today to start making one. So from a high level, this is what we're going to be showcasing today. And I want you to think about these solutions while you're thinking about that question of why a QC program? So we're going to go ahead and dive right into inspections, the inspection part of cleantelligent. And often when we ask organizations what they are currently doing for inspections, we get one of three responses. The first one being we currently use a system that is very basic and not telling us the data story of how our organization or facilities are performing. The second would be we are doing inspections on pen and paper and then each month someone in the back office is spending countless hours trying to pull all that information together to answer the clients or facility manager questions. And then the third is we don't do inspections. So in our current climate facilities now more than ever want proof of the cleanliness level that is being maintained in their facility. And our inspection tool is in place so we can do consistent check ins on the quality work being performed by our frontline. The tool is extremely customizable but can be used with simple provided templates if that fits your needs better. And lastly, performing inspections consistently. The benefit is you will learn quickly where the pitfalls are in your organization and how to correct them. We also live in a time where client transparency has never been more important. And so with this tool, when an inspection is done, we can grant client access and they can view the hard work you and your team are putting in and they'll be able to see your proactive measures that you've taken to take corrective actions before they are submitted. The next aspect of the system is work orders And I want you to think about a successful relationship in your life now. Think of where that relationship would be today without communication. Right? Probably not as successful. Streamlined communication for bscs, navigating client requests or internal reported issues is key to being successful and or for facility managers to see and manage efficient performance of cleaning and maintenance crews. Right. We constantly see companies using pretty lacking methods of communication when it comes to working with their clients or employees and their staff. Some of them can be prehistoric methods of communication. They have no way to track if the request has been received, nonetheless completed. So communication channels that track the work and progress of work orders submitted ensures nothing is slipping through the cracks. And we recently did a case study with some pretty incredible results regarding this for a long time client of Clean Tellgent. We'll take a look at that in a bit. So sit tight on that case study towards the end. The next aspect More than likely you've seen or heard of QR codes, especially with their gaining popularity over the last couple years. I feel like every restaurant, you sit down and they tell you, hey, here's a QR code scan and you'll get the menu. And everyone has a smartphone nowadays. And so it's become a very popular method. Cleantelligent has been using QR codes for a very long time. And with our QR code system, we figured out a way to turn each and every one of those individuals in a facility that have a smart device into a member of your team, helping you accomplish the goal of cleanliness and safety. And with this tool, we can receive feedback as to how you're doing at your locations from anyone. And we're able to create surveys that turn all of those people, those visitors in your facility, into your eyes and ears without missing in on our in cleaning. So QR codes also can pull from custom questions templates that you just built out, so your creativity is the limit there. They've been used in a variety of uses and have been implemented in many ways across our client base. Some examples might include throwing up a QR code in a janitorial closet. And that specific QR code is asking about the supplies in the closet. What's there, what's not, a request to submit more. These QR codes then funnel into that work order system for action items to be taken care of. The other part of the system is job scheduling. So let's talk about job scheduling for periodics. We all work in an industry where we are constantly putting out fires everywhere and it can be easy to have those periodics that are contractually bound to do floor care every so often. Exterior maintenance, cleaning, things like that can be missed. And those are conversations we don't like to have with clients when we forgot about them. Right. And so job scheduling for periodic work has done wonders for many of our customers. You can build out a calendar for the location by specific positions. If you want a schedule for your floor crew for that location done, go ahead and build it out for that position type. And everyone who's on and assigned to the floor crew will get the notifications, the reminders of when that job needs to take place in that facility. Being location based, you can also have the system notify your clients or facility managers ahead of time that the work is being performed so they can do some prep work. It can create a work order, and you can open up that communication channel all of a sudden for communication back and forth with internally or with the client about the job that's coming up. Now let's talk about how all this kind of comes together at Clean Intelligent as a tool. And this comes through reporting and business intelligence system reports, obviously kind of standard. You can look into the details, share reports with others. But really this is where Clean Intelligent kind of separates itself from other tools out in the market. And that's business intelligence. Business intelligence is dynamic. It gives you the ability to see trends over time. This tool is going to give you feedback into what is happening at all of your locations, comparing locations to another regions, to each other, even building custom dashboards to different personnel and how they're performing, and measuring different teams. This ultimately allows you to make business decisions before they become major issues, start seeing a trend and correct it before it becomes a major problem. And so kind of thinking of that, here's maybe a little bit of a rhetorical question. How many times have you lost money by dispatching the same team over and over to fix an issue that you didn't realize was a common issue? And so you just kept dispatching that team. Well, if you thought of just one time, that is trust with your client, that has been potentially tainted and potentially money lost. So with business intelligence, you can start making educated decisions regarding your organization before they turn into potential problems. Again, kind of carrying on with that theme of let's be proactive instead of reactive. And business intelligence takes all of the happenings that are happening with the other aspects of the software and pulls it into data and analytics that can inform business decisions. And ultimately, this is kind of coming the theme out of the pandemic. We've heard this statement countless times is People are just looking to prove that the work has and is being done. And so think about your situations with trying to prove the facility's cleanliness. How do you prove it and are there things in line with ways to do that? So at the beginning I kind of talked about why a quality control program. I'm going to come back to some of these pain points that existed in the beginning that we've kind of mapped out in this industry. And this is kind of our results that we've seen from being able to have individuals plan more efficiently. Reputation damage, prevent that reputation damage has been one of those things that has been a key highlight among quite a bit of our customers. Taking that proactive approach, letting people understand that your team has the ability to just handle whatever load is thrown at them. It doesn't mean that mistakes won't be made. It just means that you're aware. And becoming aware allows you to act. And as you act before clients find out about those details or that you are proactive, it's a very impressive approach to cleaning and maintenance. And at the same time it allows you to be way more efficient. I think one of the things that quickly you can kind of put yourself in the shoes of a client, someone who's managing and fixing problems and learning from their problems rather quickly. Every account is different, every facility has different requirements. And so there's always going to be potentially that learning curve and clean talisman helps you make that learning curve way more efficient and way more productive for your team to actually execute the needs of the contract. So in the beginning I talked about, when I was talking about work orders, talking about a case study, I want to go into detail about the actual proof on our end of what clients experience in particularly Roger Lacefield with ems. Now, EMS has been a clean, intelligent customer for a decade and they've been with us through that time, through parts of our innovation, as we've grown our product suite as a five time Issa Innovation Award winner and they've seen some pretty incredible results that I want to dive into. So particularly EMS was looking for a better way to take care of their clients and something to make their job easier. And that's when they found cleantelligent software. And one of Roger's things that he said, he said it didn't take long to find out that it was very beneficial to transfer over to cleantelligent. As we developed, we found that it was very user friendly, very informative, and we came to rely on cleantelligent almost immediately. And that's Kind of where it started with ems. And then here's some of the results that they experienced. So kind of going back to that communication side, they said with about 70% of communication done with the CT mobile app, both EMS and their clients are fully informed of what work is being done within each facility. And Roger specifically said it allows EMS to, quote, be proactive instead of reactive. And I've kind of said it a few times today, but that's kind of the reoccurring theme here. Another in the category of efficiency and accountability, they said since implementing Clean Intelligent, response times drastically improved for EMS, they increased their employee efficiency by 100% and decreased their response time by 98%. And then on the last point, winning and retaining customers. They said since implementing Clean Intelligent, their client satisfaction has increased by 90%. And Roger mentioned that they have a 96.3% rating out of 450 clients, with over 800 inspections being done consistently. One of my favorite lines from Roger in this case study is particularly this line. He said, our quality control program has always been one of the deciding factors. If not the deciding factor, it's helped them win new business and grow their business to the ability to manage and scale properly. And by showing clients how communicative they are and how productive, efficient, transparent, with clean intelligence, they're more willing to do contracts with them. Roger also said that the key piece of this system has been the consistency and sticking to it. So Roger's not our only success, obviously, here at Clean, Intelligent. And so just throwing up on the screen, here's some other aspects of cleantelligent that our customers have seen and reported to us and in their successes.
