But then after a period of time, they get comfortable and then the service dips a little bit and then we have to complain and then it comes back up again. And then we know that in a few months we may have to do the very same thing. And we go through this process all the time. Well, is that the type of company that you want to be known as? It's vital if you want to have a long term relationship with your customer. And you know, it allows you to be proactive in the sense that if you see that there's something within the customer's world that impacts you from providing the type of service that you promised, you can bring it to their attention right away rather than them looking at the service dropping and feeling they're just not doing a great job and they're not committed to what they promised. So the other thing is, if you want to continue to set yourself apart from all the competition, a quality control program is essential because again, it will provide the customer with a consistent level of service that you promised.
