What it was like before TÜV, there was a lot of paperwork. Writing everything down, emails. But with O2V, it's been a time saver and it's helped out a lot for the fact that we can just do the data, do the walkthroughs and the inspections, and it goes to everybody it needs to.
We have facts to back up. We have pictures whenever something's wrong and then pictures to show if we got something corrected moving forward.
