Short training/transcript where Aidan Rink (Clean Freak) explains how to prospect using the 'Value of Clean' (ISSA) data by focusing on outcomes rather than cleaning actions. He recommends phone/email (and text) outreach that highlights measurable outcomes (example cited: 46% reduced absenteeism) and supports claims with links/videos.

Hello, everyone.
Aidan Rink here with Clean Freak, and I want to talk to you about prospecting Using the Value of Clean by Issa. So what we want to do is we want to talk about the outcomes, okay? Not what you do, not that you clean, but the outcomes of what you do. That's what the value of clean gives us, is. It gives us data which we can prospect with. So let's look at my computer screen and I'll show you what I mean. Okay? So when you look at the value of clean, you can see all the different data. I won't go through all of it right now, but I'm going to show you the different data that's available. What we want to do is we want to take these percentages, these outcomes. That's how business people think. What we want to do is we want to use it to our advantage. So, as an example, you'll see here 46% reduced absenteeism. So let's take that statistic and let's prospect with it. So when we're prospecting, we want to recognize that it is a phone and email campaign. You can include text message in that as well. And so it's email, phone, email, phone. You kind of have a combination. And when you do an email, when you are phoning, you want to talk about the outcomes. You want to provide value. You want to send them links, videos, things that back up what you're saying. So if you're emailing them as an example or phoning them, then what you would do is you would reach out and say in your email subject line as an example, Ian, reduce absenteeism by 46%. What we're doing here is we're talking their language. Who doesn't want to reduce absenteeism by 46% of their organization? Of course they do. That is a huge cost. So what we're doing is we're using a personalization in their email, and we're using or referencing the value of clean. Any of the data is fine, but make sure you can support the data you quote. When you're prospecting, think of outcomes, not what you do, but the value you bring using the value of cleaning. Aiden Rick, with Clean Freak.
