Here are the seven most important trading lessons in one minute 1. A break and retest When a price breaks a level, trades back to it and then continues going in the same direction. Two Swing points When the middle candle is higher than the candle to the left and the candle to the right, this creates a swing high and vice versa. For swing lows, number three is a trend. Lower Highs and lows are a bearish market and show a downtrend. Higher Highs and lows are a bullish market and show an uptrend for fair value. Gaps when the market moves so quickly that a candle leaves a gap between the wick of the one before it and the one after it, price often returns to fill these gaps later and these levels can be used as support and resistance. 5. A volume profile this shows you where the most amount of trading happened in a given time, and its three levels act as support and resistance. 6. Engulfing candles when a candle's body completely covers that of the previous candle, this shows us the market is likely going to continue in that direction in. 7. A liquidity sweep when price takes out a high or a low and then immediately reverses, this traps the traders on the wrong side and you can expect a explosive move in the opposite direction. If you learn these seven concepts, you'll understand everything about how the markets move. Now save this post so you can study it again and again.
