Jesse Rogers shows how to spot swing points (candles higher or lower than their neighbors) and use them to find trades. In uptrends, old swing highs become support; in downtrends, old swing lows become resistance. Wait for confirmation like an engulfing candle or rejection wick, then set your stop beyond the recent swing point and target the next one.
