Trade the first five-minute candle of the day: mark its high and low at 9:30-9:35am, switch to a one-minute chart, and take a breakout when price breaks that level. You need a fair value gap between the first and third candle wicks, enter on the next candle, stop at the candle that broke the range, and target 2:1 reward-to-risk.
