A day-trading method in three steps: at 9:45 AM EST, draw a volume profile of the first 15 minutes to find the point of control. Wait for a 5-minute candle to close outside that range, then enter immediately with a stop loss 2 ticks below the POC and a 2:1 profit target.

If you're an unprofitable trader, it's probably because you don't have a mechanical trading strategy. I'm about to give you the 3-step strategy that I use to get wins like this, this, and this consistently. And it's so stupid simple, even a complete beginner can't mess this up. Now there are 3 simple steps to the strategy. Step number 1 is we're going to wait for 9:45 AM Eastern Standard Time. We're going to take a volume profile and we're gonna draw it over the first 15 minutes of the trading day. Now what this gives us is our value area, which means where was the actual volume volume really traded during this first 15 minutes. Now step number 2 is we want to see a candle closure outside of that range on the 5-minute chart, and this gives us our directional bias. As you can see in this example, we close above the value area high, so we're going to be looking for longs. Now step number 3 is how we find our trade entry. So as soon as that candle closes, what we're going to do is we're just going to enter the trade. For our stop loss, we place it 2 ticks under the point of control, and then place your target at 2:1 risk to reward. Simple, mechanical, and repeatable. Save this video and study it again and again. Again and again.
