Want To Be Part Of Charisma On Command?

This is a YouTube video titled "Want To Be Part Of Charisma On Command?" created on November 11, 2016. The video features Charlie speaking directly to the audience from a beach in Rio, discussing upcoming changes to the channel, including the reduction of talking head videos, the expansion into foreign language channels, and opportunities for viewers to contribute as dubbers or illustrators. Charlie also shares contact information for those interested in collaborating and mentions the financial incentives for managing foreign language channels.
What's up guys? Charlie here. And clearly I am not in my studio right now. I'm coming to you from the beaches of Rio. This is the Leblanc beach where I have moved. And that's why I'm making this video because there's going to be a number of changes coming to the channel. The first one is that I can't do talking head style videos like this. It hurts my arm to hold the camera as still as I am right now. And there's a lot of wind, there's people. There's a ton of reasons that it's a little bit tricky to film out here. So not a lot of talking heads, which is good news if you like our charisma breakdowns. So if you're into those, expect one of those just about once every single Monday as normal. That's the first thing. The second thing is that in line with having moved to a different country, we're going to be starting a number of different foreign language channels. And we started about six months ago in Russian. Now a guy named Eric reached out to me who's a fan of the channel and said, can I dub some of your videos for a Russian audience who can't, doesn't want to read the transcriptions? I said, sure, go for it. Today his channel In Russian has 200,000 some subscribers and is growing faster than our English channel. So I want, I've been very inspired by how quickly that's done. I want to take this international. But I need your help. I need your help to know what videos are going to port well to your culture because I'm sure it's not all of them. And I also need your help, of course, with the dubbing. So if you're interested in managing one of these foreign language channels that is not Spanish, Portuguese or Russian, which we already have taken care of, please go ahead and send me an email to charliearisma on command. And the reason that you would do that one and most importantly is because you like the channel and you want to spread our message to the people who speak your language. That is the number one thing. But there is a financial incentive as well. And that financial incentive is that we're going to give you 50% of any ad revenue or product sales that you generate, which can amount to a significant sum at the end of the month. But it takes time to grow the channel. I really hope do not make that the only reason. If you're interested in applying, if you are though, send me an email. Second thing, and another job that we have available is for an illustrator, so I can't make as many videos. It's going to be a lot of work on these breakdowns. No more talking heads for a while, and I would love to redo some of the old ones. So if you're an illustrator or an animator or something like that and you want to work with us, please reach out to me and let me know. Man, my arm is shaking from holding this darn camera still. So reach out to me and let me know. Charliechrysmancommand.com Basically, what we're looking for is a test that would be 30 seconds to one minute of any of our videos that you would animate in your style, whatever that is. I'll include full variation on how to do this and some links in the description if you're interested. But once you do that, send me an email, let me know your rate and all that kind of stuff to charlieoncommand.com and hopefully we wind up with a fantastic animator. We've got a great video editor in Andre. Shout out to you, Andre. You've done great with the Charisma Breakdown, so I like keeping it in the channel, which is why we're making this. So that is it. I'm going to stop trembling with my shoulder here. This is a great workout, but no more for me. Keep walking down the beach and I will see you guys in the next video. Cheers.
