In this personal reflection, the speaker discusses the pervasive fear of other people's judgment, especially as they became more public through writing and supporting women in their work. They recount a recent incident where a trusted colleague disclosed personal information behind their back, leading to disappointment, loss of trust, and an emotional reaction. The speaker notes their Human Design Line 4 tribal energy, which emphasizes relational connections, and explains how this context shaped their response. They share three practical coping strategies: (1) accept that others will always have opinions and that this is beyond one's control, while staying authentic; (2) identify and stay with people who can be trusted, letting untrustworthy individuals act as they will; and (3) respond to betrayal with compassion by mentally sending the person love and light, filling the emotional void. The overall message encourages resilience, self‑compassion, and mindful relationship choices.

Do you ever feel the fear of other people's judgment? I know I have navigated that question a lot, especially years ago when I decided to start write my books and start be more public with the work I do. And so It's very normal, and it's also something I talk a lot with the women that I support in my work, fear of other people's opinion. So I want to share a little bit about what I became aware of that happened to me today. I became aware that someone that I had trusted some personal information to in a professional setting about me behind my back. Um, and I noticed, of course I noticed a reaction in me, an emotional reaction. And but I want to share this because there's different things that I have learned that helps me to process it and not, um, stop me from moving forward. Is still a practice. I have to process. I got emotional, I got disappointed, and I lost trust in that person. And I have Line 4 in my Human Design, a lot of tribal energy, so I like people, um, but I lost trust. But here are 3 things that I have learned that helps me a lot. First of all, to just remind myself that people will always have an opinion. There will always be people who will judge us or have opinions or maybe gossip. It's out of our control. It's simply out of our control. But don't let that stop you from being you, from being authentic, from being real, from being honest. Don't, don't, don't. Find your peers. You find out some people we can't trust, so honor that and stay with the people you can trust and just let it go. Let them do what they want. The second thing that I have learned that helps a lot also in a case like this— I'm thinking he could have reached out to me and found out the information that he apparently was interested to know about me. He had— he could have done that. He chose not to. Instead of being like hateful or just mental, what I, what I do instead is that I stop and I imagine that I can send this person love and light and fill that void in him.
