360 Degree Life Mastery - perfectly imperfect for feeling fulfillment and success in life

In this solo talk, Charlotte Freegram (Freeburg) explains her "360‑Degree Life Mastery" approach, which she frames as achieving fulfillment in an imperfect world by designing one’s life "perfectly imperfectly, your way." She introduces a visual "life wheel" that divides a person’s life into six (or more) domains—home, career, money, body, emotional, spiritual, relationships—each of which can be scored on a 1‑to‑10 satisfaction scale. By plotting these scores on a wheel, imbalances become visible as gaps or low‑scoring sections. Charlotte argues that true progress starts with gaining crystal‑clear clarity about what you actually want in each domain, then deliberately letting go of limiting emotions, clutter, and unhelpful expectations. She stresses purposeful use of time, building a support system, and adopting a growth‑oriented mindset that accepts continual improvement rather than a static notion of perfection. Personal anecdotes illustrate how shifting beliefs (e.g., a working mom can have both a fulfilling career and family life) unlocked new possibilities for her. She recommends seeking expert help for severely low‑scoring areas, and offers free PDFs of her books (including Fulfilled Working Mom) as practical resources. The video ends with an invitation for questions and further engagement.

Hi, Charlotte Freeburg here. I thought I would make a video, talk about what I mean when I say that we can have 360-degree life mastery in this imperfect world. And I have added the tagline: perfectly imperfectly, your way. The reason why I I find this very important to talk about is because I realized some years ago that complete fulfillment after I had done some work on myself. Before that— and I wanna ask you some questions— if you sometimes recognize yourself thinking, that if just my husband would talk different to me, then I could feel more happy. Or when I have $100,000 in my bank account, then I can feel financially free. Or when I get another job, then I can feel happy and wake up more energized. Or if my boss would just treat me differently, then I could feel more at peace inside. If my kids just would be quiet, then I could find a moment for myself. All these if and when this and that will happen, then we can feel good enough or complete or have what we want. I'm here to tell you that I know there's a way where we, no matter what our current circumstances can feel, if not 100% fulfilled, at least closer. And I wanna— I've made some visuals that hopefully will help you see it or understand it, what I mean with that. I remember I used to spend a lot of time thinking what I just asking you if you ever think. And I also remember there was a time where I feel— felt like split, that I could either have this or that. I could not have everything. For example, with career and be a great mom. And I'm writing about that in both my books, and especially in book number 2, Fulfilled Working Mom. I'm sharing more of my personal journey with that. But I felt like I could not have a fulfilled career and also be an amazing mom. And that's just beliefs. So when I started to work on these beliefs, I slowly, gradually, finally could change that and now know that, yeah, we can have both. And we can design it our own way. So I want to show you the image how I picture that 360-degree life mastery. And this was a model that was introduced to me 20 years ago when I went through NLP and I, I, it might even been Anthony Robbins, the first person who, who explained it like this. But if you see your life as a wheel like this and divide this wheel into areas— could also look like a pie, but there's a reason why I call it a wheel, and I'll come back to that in a moment. So each piece is an area of your life, and we as people, we have our own definition of our life areas. In this pie here, on this wheel here, I've divided it into 6 areas: home, career, money, Body, emotional, spiritual, relationships. Again, as an example, relationships can again be divided into our relationship with our intimate partner, our relationship with our kids, our relationship with our extended family, our relationship with friends, even relatives. And if we don't currently have a job— for some years I stayed home with my kids I didn't call this area here career, but I was very active as a volunteer, which is kind of a career, you just don't get paid for it. You can build skills from that. So this, this wheel here can have more or less pieces and it could be named differently. And that's where it's important that we know that we are each individual. There's no right, no wrong way to do this. The next thing is then— just put this up again— is to score how satisfied we currently, in average, in our life feel in each area of our life. So for example, let's take our— let's go with— let's go with our body, our health, physical health. On a scale of 1, if the center here is 1, and it's not 0 because then we would be dead, so I like, I want to say 1, and then the outer ring here, the edge here is 10. So if we were going to score how we feel our body is, how healthy we are physically in our body, and this yeah, from everywhere in the body, overall, from 1 to 10, what would that be? So let's say it's 6, then we'll go out here just after, and after a little bit more than halfway, and make a line over. And then when we've done that with all areas, we'll get a wheel with lines all the way around. And I made this one here. I know here I ate areas, doesn't matter, it's for you to get this picture. So you see each area, and I didn't write what categories it is here, I think you got it from looking at the other one, but then we look at this one here, and if we then imagine that the inner piece of this, the inner frames here, is the wheel of the— is the wheel that's attached to, like, the vehicle that we are driving in, in life. Imagine how bumpy that would feel, right? Because we are not scored even. And that's— so this is where the next thing comes in: how can we then feel fulfilled even when it's imperfect, like this one is here. And here comes in to start to work more deliberately, more consciously with our life. So you see, I have, I have colored the outer ring. So what we then put into the areas between here and here are the things that I'm teaching that in my books actually, but it's some— it's tools, it's awareness, it's wisdom, it's learning the universal laws, it's different things. So some of those I can share with you here. One thing that most people are not focusing on in their life is what they want. They focus way more on what is here right in front of them now, how they feel now, or problems or issues. And what I find is, and we talk of majority of the world's population, I dare to say, if you ask them if they in any area of their life can say, what do you want, what would be my ideal life, What would be my ideal relationship? What would be my ideal relationship with money? What— go all the way around. A lot of people cannot verbalize that. And that's— so that's really an important step because without knowing what we want, how can we ever get out here? It's like going on vacation. If we don't know where we want to go, how do we know what ticket to buy? Right? So that's clarity. That's a big one. And it's also about letting go of things we don't need any longer. And that can be anything from releasing emotions to forgiveness work, releasing physical stuff in our life that's not serving us, that's just ending up as clutter. And it can also be more— it's also a lot about how we purposely use the time we have, because when we start to spend time on what is important for us, a lot of things change in our life. And it's about getting support system. So I experienced one weekend after when I had been on like a retreat where we really dive deep into releasing and forgive and release emotions that were stuck in us. I had areas of my life I was working very deliberately on improving, but suddenly there was something there with all the tools, all the awareness, all the work I've done on myself where it clicked and I just suddenly felt such peace. And I felt, when I looked at my life wheel, I felt it was complete. I felt it was perfect, even though it was not perfect, because there were things I worked on to constantly improve. And that's the thing, we will never be done. So when we think— and this is back to how I opened up— when we think that when I have the $100,000 in the bank, then I can be happy and feel financially free. What I know, my experience is, when we have that, we will set a new goal. So then it will again be that raise. When I have $150,000, then I can be happy. And it would be that constant not feeling fulfilled. So I know from personal experience, it's not always easy to get there. But I promise you, by doing the work, you can get there. What I want to say is that if you have an area where you're all the way down here, or I would say below 50 in any, I would highly recommend you to go and get help from an expert who can help you in that life area, because that will just make you feel moving faster towards like feeling fulfilled. But there's some mindset and there are some other things that I'm, I'm teaching in my books and I'm working with my clients on that will really help you to understand and, and, and dive into this and feel that expandedness in yourself. So that's what I wanted to talk about in this video. If you have any questions, please let me know. If you're curious to know more, please let me know. If you did not yet read any of my books, let me know. I do have some free PDF copies that I would be happy to email to you. Otherwise, you can go and find them on Amazon. But why not get them for free from me? And you can then ask me any questions you want. I hope you enjoyed this video, and maybe I will see you in another one.
