Job boards are dead. There, I said it. Submitting your job through a job application is not getting anyone anywhere these days anymore. We need to do something different. No matter how good your resume is, it's still not getting through, and that is because we're in an insane job market right now. Luckily, I got a solution. I am the queen of putting myself out there and bringing opportunity to me, and this is what I do with my clients and what I'm going to help you do today. Job boards are dead. How are we going to overcome this? What you're going to start doing is pitching yourself to companies. Yep, you're gonna sell yourself in because if they're not gonna see your resume, then you've gotta get it in front of them somehow. It is all about being persistent. You need to be persistent as fuck in this job market. The way I did this with a client, firstly, we found a list of companies that he wanted to work for. Then we put together his self-pitch to sell himself in. Now you have to be very strategic with how you write this. It's not just about selling yourself, it's about showing that company that you have a vested interest in them. You wanna share with them that you've potentially identified a gap And then you want to talk with them around who you are and the potential value you could bring to their organization. You want to avoid that desperate tone of, please hire me, and you want to approach it with more of, uh, I can bring this value if there's a potential opening or opportunity in your organization, I'd love to have a conversation. Now, through my client and I doing this, it wasn't just one or two, it was a lot of reachouts that we did. So yes, it's time, energy, but this is what works. He got 3 job offers and now he's just accepted his final job offer. This shit works. For those of you going, oh, I have nothing to sell about myself, you absolutely do. It's purely selling your skill set, your value, and what you can bring to an organization. But you need to understand what that organization is and what they might need and how you might be the solution to the problem. And luckily for you, you don't have to do it by yourself. So there are so many ways that I can help you do this. You can choose a bundle of 1-hour sessions with me, which you can use literally over a 12-month period. I have a monthly membership that you can join for ongoing support where I do 2 live group chats a month and provide a bunch of different resources that you do not get on these socials. Or you can invest to my premium one-on-one coaching, which my client who had the big success story, that's what he did. Now keep in mind, we worked together for 8 months. There's no sugarcoating it, this stuff takes time. If you have just spent 6 months, 1 year, more than that on your job search, you better start doing something different if you want it to change, because it's not going to change if you keep doing the same thing. I know that sounds harsh, but also there's a silver lining here because there is a solution. You can get out of this job search misery because I'm the queen of putting myself out there and finding opportunities, I'm now sharing this with you. The job search can be quite a debilitating space, but there are ways to make it work for you. Let me help you do that. Send me a DM, share your current situation, and let's start strategizing how we're gonna pitch you into your next company.
