This is how you're gonna optimize your resume for your application using an AI tool, specifically Chloe AI. When you're putting together your application using AI, it cannot be 100% AI. It needs to be a blend of your own voice as well as AI, but there are specific parts of your resume that AI can really help you on. And ATS is an applicant tracking system. If it is not ATS friendly and you put your application through, it's gonna get auto-rejected. So you're not even gonna get a look in. The best way you can do that is to put a prompt in the AI tool you're using. Simply state, You are my expert resume writer. Please audit my resume to make sure that it is ATS-friendly. Paste in your resume. It will generate an ATS-friendly resume for you. The third thing that you wanna be doing is making sure that you are generating an outcome-focused resume. The best way to do that, again, using your AI tool, paste in the job description, paste in your resume, put in the prompt, you are my expert resume writer.
