These are the things you need on your LinkedIn profile for recruiters to start reaching out to you. Firstly, you need to have a banner and your profile picture looking on point. I know that seems shallow, but that's the first impression they get of you. Next thing is your LinkedIn tagline. Now your LinkedIn tagline is the hook for the recruiter to wanna read more. So you need to have that engaging and really clear on where you aspire to be and what your core expertise is. Then you wanna pump up your skills section. So the more skills you have on your LinkedIn profile, the The more likely it is that you're going to come up in a recruiter search. Now, a recruiter search is through the backend of LinkedIn. It's called LinkedIn Recruiter. They're gonna be putting in specific keywords that they wanna see on a profile. Now, it could be a specific role they're looking for someone to have. It could be specific skills they need that person to have. It could be the location, the education, whatever it is, they're gonna put that in their search bar. And if you have that clearly listed on your profile, you're more likely going to be in the top 3 pages rather than the top 100 of profiles that they seek. And the cherry on the cake to get your LinkedIn profile noticed is to actually start being active on LinkedIn, post on LinkedIn. We're not gonna go into that right now, but this is the first phase of starting to get more visible on LinkedIn and starting to get recruiters to reach out to you.
