This is the framework you wanna use every single time you're asked an example-based question in an interview. It's called the CARL framework. The first part is the context. So you're gonna give them the context of the situation that you are in. The next part is the action, and that's when you speak to the action of the task that you were involved in, specifically speaking to what you did. The next thing you're gonna speak to is the result. So what was the result of that specific example that you are sharing with them? And if they're asking you a behavioral type question, or when you've overcome a setback, you want to add your learning. So what did you learn from that experience? So going from the top, you share the context, you share the action, you share the results, and then you share the learning. Remember this for every single time you go into an interview and they ask you an example-based question.
