I'd like for you to just maybe unpack that because I think that could be very helpful for the average guy, porn addict, or just uses it once in a while, it's not problematic, but he just like can't seem to let go of it. Intimacy disorders. So yeah, this was something I discovered just after working with a lot of guys. You start to hear conversations on why guys are watching, what they're really after. And the thing that I come back to again and again, it's actually a very old TED Talk, it's called Rat Park. The opposite of addiction is not sobriety, it's connection. That has proven to be very, very true. But often disconnection or a lack of meaningful connection is at the of it. But if I was actually going to double down on one thing, I would be helping him find meaningful connection in his life, because that's usually the big catalyst for all the other breakthroughs he's going to get. There's meaningful connection that is formed there, connection that is healing, connection that feels safe, and connection that allows you to be a truer version of yourself. And that often is the container for guys to have very, very effective healing from attachment wounds. All that happens when guys really embrace intimate or meaningful relationships.
