I'm curious if you can come back to two things. One is sexual curiosity. Two, what are some of the strategies or some of the ways that men really can develop or build robust sexual confidence in a way that's like, internally grounded rather than performative?
Sexual curiosity is the biggest aphrodisiac that you can have in a relationship, whether it is long term or just for a night. Ask your partner, what is the best sex that we've ever had? What was the emotional state that led up to it? If we know that there was a certain emotional state or a certain technique, or we can really marinate and savor what was incredible about our best sexual experiences, that's going to fuel your sense of curiosity, or how can we not only recreate that, but take it to the next level? Curiosity naturally lead our experiences and are going to lead to more orgasms, more pleasure, and better sex all around.
