Just let all that settle in. Just let relaxation start to move down. Breathing in through the nose, exhaling out through the mouth, and just letting the breath drop into the body on the inhale and fall out of the body on the exhale. We're just letting the breath slowly drop in and naturally fall out of the body. Just letting the inhales be a little bit longer and deeper exhales a little bit longer, deeper inhale, longer exhale. Feeling your feet on the floor. And then make a statement about what it's like to be the authority in your life. For the first time in your life, what does it feel like in your body?
It was like, I have the power of the universe. I'm not hopeless or powerless. I'm capable and worthy of this life that was given to me. That I have so much to live for now and to experience and to allow myself to experience it. Everything. All the feelings, sadness, the anger, the happiness. That's what makes life. You can live that life like that instead of hiding from it like you did before.
