How would you say that men and women deal with stress differently? When women are under stress they tend to go further to their male side. An example of that would be a woman feeling stressed, feels overwhelmed, there's so much to do and she's thinking about I still have to do this, have to do this, have to do this, have to do this. And at that time she's disconnected from her feelings of being at ease, feeling comfortable, feeling safe, feeling trusting, feeling loving. Now for a man, estrogen helps us to feel love if our testosterone levels are very high. But when men have low testosterone, which is whenever men are stressed, some of the symptoms of that is procrastination, low energy, low libido for the person they love. They can have a libido for a stranger but not for the person they love. Because when you love somebody it raises your estrogen. And when a man is stressed, he already has too much estrogen always at that time.
