Stop confusing motion with progress. Being busy is not the same as moving forward and making real progress. I see so many of you guys exhausted, burnt out. And it's not because life is hard, it's because you are scattered. Your energy. Your effort is going in so many places. You are a shotgun and not a laser beam if your calendar is full. But your life isn't necessarily improving. It's not moving in the direction and the outcomes and the results that you know you are capable of. You don't need more discipline, you need more direction. You need to focus in and refine your aim in 2026 in order to do this. Stop saying yes. Stop filling up your days in a way that avoids the uncomfortable questions, tasks, actions that you know will produce results, and stop hiding behind productivity instead of purpose, AKA drop the busy work.
