When a man is more submissive or more docile, what many women unintentionally do is they resort almost as like an instinctual reaction to try and control him as a means of trying to get him to operate in a more masculine manner, in a more independent, more responsible, more mature way. But here's the truth. You cannot build the man you want by breaking him down. You cannot build the man you want by controlling him to be the way you think he should be. You cannot evoke or pull out a man's potential by controlling him towards what you think his potential is. It's one of the fastest ways to create resentment in your relationship. And there's one more piece that generally happens in a lot of these dynamics, which is nagging him. And and so this sort of second piece to this, we'll call this one B, is stop nagging him.
