Connor Beaton (speaker/creator) offers relationship coaching on resolving conflict without retreating. He prompts partners to identify behaviors that start arguments or create disconnection, recommends noticing those behaviors in the moment and intentionally stepping out of reactive cycles to offer care and repair, and normalizes that many relationship arguments never fully resolve—some take years or remain unresolved despite repair attempts.
