I wonder if you have any insight or advice for people in terms of how they can turn to music in moments where they need something.
Regarding music, it's about listening in general and recognizing what that means. And it's largely about clearing away the noise in our lives and just taking the time to do one thing. So whatever the music is you're drawn to, I just say, like, just actually listen to it. And it's very simple. Just don't do other things. Maybe turn off some other senses, like close your eyes and. And just let it be with you. Let yourself feel whatever you feel and be curious, but let it just kind of flow around. And now I feel uncomfortable, or I feel a little bored, or now I feel kind of excited, or I feel some warmth. Now I feel very serene, or whatever it is, just allow it. And then when it's done, you don't have to attach to anything, but it's just the gift of your attention. And that's something that we can think just about all the things we're doing in our lives, because that's the most powerful thing we have to curate our life.
