Connor Beaton (creator) narrates a short YouTube commentary reacting to a post-fight clip of British boxer Connor Ben being silently comforted by his father after losing a close fight. Beaton emphasizes the importance of paternal/masculine emotional support—physical presence and holding rather than words—as a necessary model for many men, and invites viewers to comment.

So this video is Connor Ben. He's an amazing boxer out of the uk. And this is right after his fight that went to the Cards and he ended up losing. And it was amazing fight. I mean, this. This man poured everything into what he had. He poured everything he had into this fight. And this video, this clip is his father comforting him after the fight. And I think this is the type of paternal connection that so many men long for. This is the type of, you know, masculine, I've got your back. It's like this guy just went to war. He just gave everything that he had. There's no words. His father's not saying anything to him. He's not trying to be like, next time you'll get him, or none of that stuff. He's just holding his son. And I think that that is something that is so necessary and so needed for so many men's lives, whether it's a brother, whether it's a friend, you know, whether it is, he is your father, it is your uncle. But it's this type of support that I think men really desperately need. And this is such a good example of that. This is the role model. So leave your comments below. Love to hear your thoughts.
