Having real confidence is being confident when you're playing bad. A lot of the time it's real easy to have your chest out, feel real good about yourself when you're going out there and shooting low number. It's another thing entirely to have the same exact attitude and confidence and air about yourself when you're struggling. Most players can't do it, but if you want to play at a high level, it's something you want to master. The reason for that is you need to understand that every part of your game, you're always learning something. You're always learning something about yourself. Maybe you're working through something. Maybe you've got a miss you need to figure out. All of those things at the end of the day are serving you in some way or another. So what you need to do is instead of being upset you're playing bad golf, just look at it, be curious, and say, okay, cool, now I know a little bit more and I'm ready to fight another day. I'm ready to be better tomorrow. That'll help you have a positive frame even when you're struggling out there and end up having a lot more confidence.
