A golfer who can't read their ball flight can't fix problems mid-round. You need to understand how your swing produces the shot you hit, then use feel-based cues to repeat it.

If you don't understand how your golf swing works, you're always going to struggle. So what do I mean by that? Well, if you're out on the golf course and you start hitting bad shots and you don't know what to do, and you can't just look at your ball flight and say, oh, I'm doing that because I understand what ball flight is and how it works, and I also understand how my golf swing works, there's no way that you're going to be able to be successful when you're playing 18, 36, 54, 72 holes simply because you don't understand what's going on in your swing, and it's going to go and get off at some point during those rounds. So if you want to take your game to the next level, you need to understand your golf swing, how it works, how it translates into ball flight, and then specifically what feels you cue into in order to hit solid shots and get things back on the rails.
