Oct. 27. One week later, a homeless man named Demetrios Karamalegos, originally from Greece, is preparing to spend the night outside when a man cycles past him in the dark. A few seconds later, the man reappears on foot heading directly towards him, and.
He saw a red light connecting to that person coming towards him, and it was very short. Afterwards, two shots were fired that hit him in the valley area.
Although wounded, Demetrios runs to the nearby police station where he recounts his story and is driven to the hospital. His injuries are not life threatening, and he refuses any treatment beyond a dressing of his wounds.
And he just walked up. He didn't want to go through the surgery.
Hoping to learn the exact location where he was shot, police try to track Demetrios down again for another interview, but with no fixed address to go off of, they are unsuccessful.
