How do we do this better? How do we not pull our hair out every time we're trying to do something? And so a system applies for everything, from how you fulfill orders all the way to how you speak to your customers. And then it helps. Really, what the point of design systems is that it helps with scale. So if you're the only person in your restaurant, you are the chef, you are the server, you're the host, that's one thing. But then when you hire your first five employees, well, they have to talk like you, they have to serve like you, they have to fulfill orders like you. And I think a lot of that is about scale, right? So if you don't have those processes in place when you're smaller, imagine now you expand to 10 chains and you have 100 employees for each restaurant. It's going to be a disaster.
