Sell any website by promising returns that exceed the price. A $1,500 site works if it delivers $3,000 in value. Same logic scales to $1.5 million sites that generate $3 million.

If I said to you, I would like you to give me $1 and I'll give you two in return, would you take that deal? You give me 10, I give you 20, would you do it? If I said, you give me 1000 and I give you 2000, you give me 100 grand and I give you 200 grand, you find a way, right? You take some bank loans, you ask for friends and family. That's the basic premise of pricing. People will always do the deal if they know that they get more in return. It might be hard for them to come up with the money, but as long as they get something better in return, it's a good deal. The dollar amount doesn't actually matter that much. The same way that I used to sell $1,500 websites is the same way that I sold 1.5 million dollar website. Same methodology. To sell a 1.5 million dollar website, you have to promise the client that they would get 3 million in return. That's the way that you raise your pricing. You figure out how to create more and more value for their clients. So no matter what they're spending, you always give them back more.
