A short YouTube monologue by creator Anwar White addressing criticism received in direct messages accusing them of body shaming men. The speaker defends continuing to "body shame" men in response to men’s frequent body-shaming of women, using repeated emphatic lines and a direct exhortation to listeners to "be that girl."

Someone said, no, you didn't. I know he didn't.
Someone said, you're living. I'm dying.
I. Okay, I get a lot of shit in my DMs with well meaning women.
Maybe a little bit too liberal, that come and talk to me about how I am body shaming these men.
And here's what I have to say to them and to you. I'm going to continue to body shame them.
I'm going to continue to do it.
Because you know what?
They will body shame you.
And they do it every day.
They got the yin, I got their yang.
Every time they look at you.
Trust. So if you're ever like, I don't want to. I don't want to be that girl. No, be that girl.
Be that girl.
Even the good ones are doing it.
