Anwar White responds to the claim that men use coffee dates to be cheap. He argues they're actually a low-commitment way to test connection, not stinginess, and warns against expecting extravagant first dates or dating men who skip due diligence.
C. Ross said. I've noticed a lot of dudes in my area have adopted a blanket coffee date mo to be cheap out of fear of being used for a free meal. I hate the scarcity mindset. Thoughts? Here's the thing. They want to see if they have a connection with you. You want to see if they have you have a connection with them as well. Once there is, we'll we'll see what he's doing for the second date.
That's how I want us to date.
They're not necess Many of them are not necessarily being cheap. What they are doing is seeing if they want to invest in this or not and they get to make that decision. Yeah. If you're thinking that you are entitled to this, like, you know, extravagant first date, I want you to temper your expectations because he doesn't know you enough to actually make that determination or not. And the guys that do you actually want to be careful of because it means that they haven't done their due diligence. You might be a horrible person, but he's doing this because he doesn't know you. And that makes me question his ability to make informed decisions, which if he's not able to do that in a researched way, he won't be able to lead a family or a relationship in a successful way. So something to think about, another perspective to have.
