Short YouTube video giving practical tips to distinguish genuine love from love bombing in dating. The speaker lists early-warning signs (early pet names, excessive compliments, grand plans after little time) and issues a special caution for women of color—particularly Black women—who may be more vulnerable because of past lack of being cherished or social invisibility. Ends with a call-to-action to book a coaching call and invites comments about personal experiences.

My issue with getting love bombed is it makes sense to me. You fell in love with me in two weeks. I tend to have that effect on people. Quite frankly. You should feel that way. I would be concerned if you didn't. You worship the ground that I walk on. I'm following your logic. Like, that is a perfectly reasonable response to being in my presence.
This video is really funny, but I think it makes a really good point. And the point is this. Sometimes it's very difficult to actually distinguish between what is real love and what is love bombing. So I want to give you a few tips so that you understand exactly what that is. So one, if a guy is giving you pet names really early, it's probably love bombing. Two, if a guy is over complimenting you to the point where you don't actually believe any of the compliments, it's probably love bombing. And three, if he is making plans after not knowing you for a long time. So if he's saying things like, girl, I want to take you to Paris for Christmas, and you're like, dude, this is the second date, he's probably love bombing you. I want to make a special note for women of color, especially black women, because so often this sort of love bombing will hit you differently because so many of us have not actually been truly cherished when we were growing up. And also because society doesn't really see you fully. And so when this guy is giving you all of this love and appreciation, you finally are thinking, like, oh, finally somebody freaking sees me for who I am and how amazing I am. So you might be more apt to actually fall into the love bombing trap. If you want to learn how to date and make sure that you avoid a lot of these guys that are not ready for a relationship, Definitely book a call with me and let me know.
